The location here is unbeatable, just a short stroll to everything you want to see. The staff was super helpful, even moving our room when there was a mix-up. We loved the breakfast spot nearby, which had delicious food and bottomless coffee. Our third-floor view of the church dome was a highlight!

there's no sign indicating the hotel's presence, making it an absolute treasure hunt. the noise from the street made all attempts at a peaceful sleep futile. i almost considered giving a good review, but not receiving any upgrade for my inconvenience was the final straw. i must say, this deserves a special mention for disappointment.

Not perfect, but worth it

The staff provided exceptional service assisting with cabs and offering great dining suggestions. The breakfast spot was enchanting, tucked down cobblestone streets, serving delicious food and endless coffee.

The hotel entrance was challenging to locate, causing initial confusion upon arrival. Some facilities showed signs of wear, including the elevator which at times was non-functional.

the room had a large and comfy king-sized bed with a nice big window. the area is a bit loud at night, so bring earplugs.

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy family room, and the nearby breakfast spot was heavenly! Plus, the location couldn’t be beat. we explored many attractions on foot. It was a great home base for our adventure with our grown-up kids.

My wife says that better signage would make finding the place easier for families.

Amazing location and cute vibes

I stayed for 4 nights in a cozy deluxe room. The staff was super chill and helped us with everything we needed. The cell phone they provided was a lifesaver for navigating the city. Only bummer was the lots of stairs, definitely not fun with heavy bags. Close to great food spots, including a fab breakfast bar.

Great neighborhood with easy access to attractions and nearby dining options, particularly loved the eggs Benedict. The room was spacious and contained well-placed amenities, but there were concerns about upkeep with visible marks on the walls and worn windows not sealing properly. A hint of street noise at night could also be bothersome, yet the overall location made it a convenient retreat after a day of exploring.

Our stay was great, especially with the modern, spacious rooms and amazing shower. We loved the smartphone for ordering breakfast, but it was tricky finding the place initially!
